RUNMA Takeout Robot
Servo-driven traverse takeout robots from the RUNMA RQ series for horizontal injection molding machines from 150 to 550 tons. Three- or five-axis versions with an optional telescopic arm take finished parts out of the mold and place, stack or insert them. Supplied, installed and supported in Egypt by EMABOTS.
RUNMA RQ series: three- or five-axis traverse takeout robot with optional telescopic arm
Specs:
- Medium-size, full-servo traverse robot, mainly used on 150-550 ton horizontal injection molding machines to take out finished parts.
- Telescopic arms are optional.
- The vertical, cross and traverse strokes are driven by AC servo motors.
- Low-noise THK (Japan) or PMI (Taiwan) linear guideways ensure quiet, stable movement.
- Supplied as a complete set with standard accessories.
- The telescopic arm lets the robot fit into a limited installation space.
Features:
Three- or five-axis versions; gantry (traverse) design for injection molding machines (IMM); pick-and-place with a stack-and-insert function; high precision from the five-axis drive; optional double telescopic arm to save space.
